Stephen Hendry's possibility of coming out of retirement?

Stephen Hendry has teased his snooker fans after thinking of coming out of his retirement and make snooker great again. He's been working with Steve Feeney and apparently has started to enjoy playing snooker again.

Stephen Hendry was the greatest of all time of his era and has won 7 world titles. He retired in 2012 after defeat in the QF of the world snooker championship and hasn't tempted to return until now. He's only been playing in the Seniors tour in recent years.

Hendry has been working with Steve Feeney, the man behind SightRight, which has also helped Ronnie O'Sullivan in the past. Hendry dominated snooker during the 1990's and regular defeats and early exits became too much to handle for him.

He is making no promise of returning back but this time he sounds more interested in playing more tournaments than he has.

"I've been doing a wee bit with Feeney and I've started to get a bit of pleasure from hitting the ball back. I have done half a dozen sessions with him and I was getting quite into it"

" I just want to enjoy playing snooker" - Stephen Hendry

He is looking for an opportunity to play in the seniors world championship which will most probably happen in August.

"The World Championship Seniors is hopefully going to be on in August. You win that, get in the Champion of Champions, you see what happens there and you never know."

"I'm making no plans, I just want to enjoy playing snooker and then see what comes from there"

Now with the rescheduling of the world snooker championship, the seniors championship has shifted to August at the Crucible theatre.
