Reanne Evans dreaming of a crucible debut
Reanne Evans is thinking of debuting at the world snooker championship whenever it starts. She's been doing all she can to debut at the prestigious event. If this happens, Reanne Evans will become the first woman to ever debut at the world snooker championship.
Evans was set to be competing in the qualifying of the championships before it got postponed due to the ongoing coronavirus. Now that we have rescheduled dates of the tournament, we might see her competing in the qualifying rounds of the championship.
Reanne is determined to reach the final stages of the championship. She also discussed the global expansion of woman's snooker. She also looked back on her close defeat to Shaun Murphy at the Champion of Champions.

She said - It isn't just a woman's dream or my dream but it's everyone's dream to play at the world snooker championship. It's the one thing that you really want to cross off that list.
"Woman's snooker is definitely on the up. We have been on a rollercoster during my career on the tour but hopefully it goes up. We can compete, the tour is growing and we just don't play in England anymore. We are a global sport now and we play in Hong Kong, Thailand and China.
It would be great to see a woman on the tour for the first time and hopefully more female snooker players to start competing on the main tour.
